The TailGators bring a unique edge to festivals, pubs & clubs because although we’re a band that hits the stage and rolls out country music everyone knows & loves- we also bring the dancing to the next level by seamlessly blending in the called line dances. One of the incredible things about the events we for corporates is that the nights have a very strong a team building element. But people don’t realise it’s a team building activity until after the fact. And that’s the secret to successful team building events. Your team doesn’t know it’s a team building event until after the fact. And unlike so many team building activities- what we do is not competitive, it doesn’t single people out for attention or put people in teams to chose a leader for an activity, it doesn’t give people with prior experience any advantage, it doesn’t split people into groups, there’s no measure of who’s been better. What we do with the dancing brings everyone together, without competing, without letting anyone dominate, and has everyone on an equal footing.
